Weather & Cancellation Policy

Weather Delays

Drone flights may be rescheduled due to:

• High winds
• Rain or snow
• Low visibility
• Airspace Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs)
• Any unsafe conditions determined by the pilot

Cancellations

• 24+ hours notice: No charge
• Same‑day cancellation: May result in a service fee
• No‑show: May be charged full service cost

Rescheduling

We reschedule at no cost when weather or airspace restrictions prevent safe flying.
